FRoSTA
We received a request from FRoSTA to create an AI-powered commercial video to test audience response. Creating an AI commercial for a food company is challenging, as it must meet several objectives. These include showcasing the appetizing look of the dish, ingredient quality, and the brand’s visual identity — all while avoiding traditional filming. The main challenge was that generative models still struggle with food: textures may “melt,” ingredients deform, and scenes lose realism during camera movement.
That’s why we started by building visual references and locking key elements: the dish, color palette, and presentation. We then trained the model to generate scenes with controlled camera movement and stable composition. Based on the script, we created scenes with different pacing and accents, then refined them in post-production by adding sound, rhythm, and editing. As a result, our AI video production team delivered a fully AI-generated commercial that conveys the taste, atmosphere, and style of the brand.
Task
To create an AI commercial for a large company that stimulates appetite and builds trust in the product while maintaining visual stability and realism — despite the limitations of generative models when working with food and complex scenes. FRoSTA wanted to test audience response to AI-generated video, as they had not used it in marketing before.
