What is the mechanism for collecting personal data?

The processing of the User’s personal data is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Poland. The Site Administration processes the User’s personal data in order to provide the User with services. Processing is carried out semi-automatically to notify the User about changes on the Site and to communicate with Users. When do I consent to the collection of personal data?

The user, by filling out the forms for entering personal data, agrees to the processing of his and others’ personal data. Among them may be names, surnames, phone numbers, email addresses, website addresses. The processing of personal data is understood as the collection, systematization, accumulation, clarification (update, change).

What law governs the collection of personal data?

In accordance with the Law of June 30, 2018 No. XIII-1426 amending Law No. I-1374 “Personal Data Protection Law”, I agree, if necessary, when filling out information when registering on the Site, entering my Personal Account or when sending an application for participation in an online session, to provide information related to my personality, for example, my name, my email address, my phone number and others that the Site requests.

How long is personal data stored?

If you leave a comment, the comment itself and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is to detect and automatically approve subsequent comments, rather than queuing them up. For Users who register on our Site, we store the personal information that they indicate in their profile. All Users can see, edit or delete their profile information at any time (except for the Username). The Site Administration can also see and change this information.

Can I delete personal data?

If you have an account on the Site or if you left comments, then you can request an export file of personal data that we have stored about you, including the data you provided. You can also request the deletion of this data. This does not include data that we are required to keep for administrative, legal or security reasons.

What data is collected, where and why?

Data entry forms on the site

We collect data that the User fills in in contact forms. This data is necessary for a more accurate selection of services that interest the User and the choice of a company specialist who will contact the User to discuss details. Comments and reposts

When a User leaves a comment on the Site, we collect the data specified in the comment form, as well as the User’s IP address and browser user agent string in order to detect spam. After your comment is approved, your profile picture will be publicly visible in the context of your comment.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our Site, you can enable cookies to store your name, email address and website. This is done for your convenience, so as not to fill in the data again when you comment again. These cookies are stored for one year. If you have an account on the Site and you log into it, we will set temporary cookies to determine if your browser supports them. Cookies do not contain any personal information and are deleted when you close your browser. When you log in to your account, we also set several cookies with login information and screen settings. Login cookies are stored for one day, cookies with screen settings – for 1 year. If you choose the “Remember me” option, your login details will be retained for two weeks. When you log out of your account, the login cookies will be deleted. Additional cookies will be stored in your browser when you edit or publish an article. They do not contain personal data and only contain the ID of the post you edited. They expire in 1 day.

Media files

If you are a registered User and upload photos to the Site, you should probably avoid uploading images with EXIF metadata, as they may contain your GPS location data. Visitors can extract this information by downloading images from the site.

Embedded content from other sites

Articles on this Site may include embedded content (such as videos, images, articles, etc.). Such content behaves in the same way as if the User went to another site. These sites may collect your data, use cookies, implement additional third-party tracking, and track your interactions with embedded content, including interaction tracking if you have an account and are logged in to that site.

Spam handling

User comments can be checked by an automated spam detection service.
