Our video production team decided to shoot a fashion commercial for a well-known clothing brand. Shooting a commercial was an interesting event for us, since we had not yet had any commercial work in this segment, but the result was interesting. We took references from other fashion houses as a basis to repeat their experience of shooting similar videos.
The shooting of the fashion commercial took place in a studio in the center of Warsaw on a regular white cyclorama. Several visually different looks from one clothing brand were prepared for the model. Two operators did an excellent job of conveying the different textures of fabrics and images of the model, and during editing they increased the dynamics and added suspense.
Task
Shooting a fashion commercial for a well-known clothing brand was a bit of a challenge for us, since this was our first experience of shooting this kind of film. We tried to make the video classic and interesting for the viewer, and at the same time show the clothes beautifully.
